First Martin Corporation is synonymous with Ann Arbor. Our ties to the community run long and deep. The company was founded in 1968 by William C. (Bill) Martin, and our goal is the same now as it was then: build relationships that stand the test of time.

Our staff operates as a team, leasing, managing and building our own portfolio of properties. We don’t have a lot of layers of management. We’ve worked together long enough that we can discuss a situation and quickly make a decision.

We’re proud of our portfolio of properties which includes some of Ann Arbor’s finest commercial buildings. It also includes build-to-suit sites ready to be developed. We know the Ann Arbor building process intimately and can take your plans and transform them into a building that is exactly right for your needs.
